Backup and business continuity

Recoverable data and a plan for the day something goes wrong

A backup is only useful if the right data is protected, failures are noticed, and recovery works under pressure. We design backup around the systems your business cannot operate without and make recovery expectations clear before they are tested by a real outage.

How we approach the work

Practical from the first conversation

  1. 01

    Identify what matters

We map critical data, applications, dependencies, and the operational impact if each becomes unavailable.

  2. 02

    Design the recovery

We match backup frequency, retention, isolation, and recovery methods to the business need and budget.

  3. 03

    Monitor & test

We watch the jobs, investigate failures, and verify that the recovery process works as expected.

Questions about backup & business continuity

Clear answers before you commit

Ask a different question →
How often should business data be backed up?

The right frequency depends on how much work the company can afford to recreate. Critical systems may need protection many times per day, while less frequently changed data may need a different schedule.

Does a local backup protect against ransomware?

Not by itself. Strong ransomware resilience normally includes protected or immutable copies, separation from everyday administrator access, off-site storage, monitoring, and tested recovery procedures.

Can you back up a Synology or on-premises server to the cloud?

Yes. We support secure off-site backup designs for common server, NAS, virtual, and cloud workloads based on capacity, recovery goals, and available connectivity.
